Citysphere Condos and Townhouses
Constructed by Canadian Equity and Development in 1992, this was one of the first condos on King West, and still offers great value for a very well run complex with a good reserve fund. This is one of the few condo buildings in the city with tennis courts, and other features include 24 hour security, a jogging track, and rooftop terrace. There are 312 condos in the 12 storey tower and 26 townhouse units.
