Built by the Landmark Building Group back in 2002, Electra Lofts is a total loft building with a true loft experience. This is one of two buildings names Electra Lofts as the other sits at 954 King St West. The total number of levels of units are on six different floors, but due to the loft nature of all the units the building sits 11 stories high with approximately 235 condo units. The building fronts onto King Street West and has main floor commercial and retail space with five floors of condominium units above it. The parking is all underground, but not all units have a parking space associated with them, and the parking spaces are all owned which means you can sell them to other unit holders in the building, not to outside people. The building does not have many amenities or a 24 hour security guard, they have a security system at the main entrance, as well as a gym/exercise room and a party/recreation room and that is all. The maintenance fees run at approximately fifty six (56) cents per square foot, but they do cover heat, hydro, water, central air conditioning, common elements, building insurance and parking. There are many different types of suites you can buy including one bedroom, one bedroom plus den with either one full bathroom or two full bathrooms and two bedroom suites with two bathrooms.
